About the Investigation and Cleanup Projects
The Impact Area Groundwater Study Program was established in 1996 to investigate and clean up groundwater related contamination at the Camp Edwards' Impact Area and training ranges. As a result of investigations, several sites/areas of Camp Edwards are being examined more closely to assess the nature and extent of contamination. In this section you will find information on each of the Areas of Concern, weekly and monthly progress reports on the status of the program, information on technologies considered for cleanup and general information on the investigation and cleanup.
